The Role: Assistant Educator – Early Childhood Education The Assistant Educator provides support to Early Childhood Education team, providing care for infants through preschool aged children. The Opportunity: The Early Learning Center provides services to approximately 68 early learners ranging in ages from 6 weeks to 5 years next door to the Alfond Center for Health as well as our 40 Glenridge Drive location in Augusta. The Work: Fosters a safe, nurturing, comfortable environment through clear, positive and encouraging words and actions.
Provides for the health and safety of children to ensure constant supervision of the entire group of children as assigned.
The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
