The Shaw JCC is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Swim Team Head Coach to lead and organize our youth swim team during the summer season. The coach will play a vital role in developing swimmers’ competitive skills while fostering teamwork, discipline, and strong sportsmanship.
The ideal candidate is passionate about youth development, knowledgeable in competitive swimming techniques, and committed to creating a positive and safe team environment.

Monday - Thursday from 8am-11am Meets on Saturday
Candidates must hold American Red Cross Lifeguarding and CPR certifications. Prior swim coaching experience and proficiency with Meet Manager Software are preferred.
