Golf Coach - Spring 2027 We are seeking a dedicated and passionate founding Golf Coach to build and lead the program at Des Moines Prep. This is a rare opportunity to establish something from the ground up — shaping team culture, designing training programs, and inspiring a combined girls and boys roster to grow in swing mechanics, course management, mental toughness, and love of the game. As the founding coach, you will be laying the foundation for what will become a varsity program — setting the tone, the standards, and the traditions that will define Des Moines Prep golf for years to come. Ideal candidates bring coaching or competitive golf experience, strong leadership skills, and a genuine commitment to youth development. A passion for introducing young men and women to the game — and everything it teaches about integrity, patience, and perseverance — is essential.
