As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and leading daily classroom activities and creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children.
Responsibilities may include developing and implementing lesson plans aligned with program curriculum, leading daily routines and transitions, completing child observations, assessments, and documentation, guiding and supporting the Associate Teacher in the classroom, supervising children to keep them safe, building positive relationships with children and families, and maintaining a warm and professional classroom presence.

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development CPR Adult and Pediatric Certification is preferred.
