The Football Manager supports the daily operations of the Bethel Football program by assisting with practices, games, and equipment. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down practice areas and maintaining an organized team environment.
This position does not require travel.
Indoors and outdoors. Exposure to all weather elements is anticipated (rain, snow, heat, cold etc).
Ability to stand outdoors in all weather elements for an extended period of time. Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
Hours as directed by head coach. Expected attendance to practices and games each week, and other duties as assigned. Weekend work for games is a requirement.
Candidates must be current Bethel students who are reliable, responsible, and punctual. The role requires the ability to multi-task and perform physical labor, including lifting 50lbs and working in various weather conditions.
