  • SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director of Child Development and in accordance with the general policies, goals and standards established by the YMCA of South Palm Beach County, the Lead Teacher is responsible for implementing the Creative Curriculum, with aspects of the Reggio Emilia curriculum philosophy, while providing a nurturing, well supervised and safe indoor and outdoor environment for preschool children.
