The following are requirements of this position: Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field 081 Certification from Maine Department of Education 282 Certification from Maine Department of Education Preferred coursework/cross-training in human services/family systems Experience in a group care setting for children ages 3-5 Able to meet requirements of agency & State of Maine Child Care Licensing regulations for background checks, fingerprinting, and physical exams Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication (written & verbal) and documentation skills, critical thinking skills, proficient computer skills, and group management skills.
