We are seeking a dedicated, compliance-minded, and compassionate Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Teacher to join our Special Populations team. Partner with SMART Management in our mission to provide high-quality, inclusive, and rigorous instruction for students with disabilities, ensuring every learner receives the specialized support they need to reach their full potential.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited four-year institution.
Certification: Active Florida Teaching Certification in Exceptional Student Education (ESE) or at least one specific area of exceptionality.
Knowledge &
Skills: Expert understanding of the referral, evaluation, and placement process; demonstrated ability to write compliant IEPs and manage student behavior.
Compliance: Successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
