Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children Monitor and assess each child's developmental progress and adjust instruction accordingly Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student growth and milestones Incorporate play-based learning, social-emotional development, and early literacy activities
