The teacher will independently lead academic and STEM programs while identifying individual student needs to create custom education plans. They are responsible for modifying curriculum, maintaining student records, and communicating progress to parents and school personnel.

RATIOS We have 3 learning models. Collaborative, Focused and Dynamic/Adaptive. Collaborative (or small group) is planned to be at 5:1 ratio. Focused instruction is at 1:1 and Dynamic/Adaptive which is neurodiversity teaching is at 1:1 with emphasis on various adaptations needed for the student.
Identify student needs and custom education plans which can go hand-in-hand with IEP at the school district Contribute to lesson planning and curriculum development Modify the educational curriculum to best meet the needs of each student Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques Create and enforce classroom rules and procedures Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records Write and submit necessary reports Communicate with parents and school personnel
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related field. Current or Past Special education experience in the state of Texas or any other state.
