  • Pay: $14.00-$15.50/hr Horizon Education Centers East Lorain location is seeking a caring and dependable Teacher Assistant to support our School Age and Toddler Programs. In this role, you'll help create a safe, engaging learning environment while working alongside experienced educators to support children's growth and development.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily activities and lesson plans Supervise and engage children in a safe, positive environment Support classroom management and meal service Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff Maintain records and classroom organization QualificationsQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Childcare experience required Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented Genuine passion for working with children Ability to pass background checks and lift up to 40 lbs.
