Lead engaging preschool classroom activities using The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
Foster early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional development through hands-on learning
Create a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom where every child can thrive
Guide children through daily routines, learning centers, outdoor play, and transitions
Observe children's developmental progress and communicate regularly with families
Collaborate with fellow educators and center leadership to provide exceptional early childhood education
Maintain compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards
Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required: Previous preschool classroom experience preferred
Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
