What You'll Do Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities. Support each child's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Maintain daily communication with families regarding their child's day. Keep the classroom organized, clean, and welcoming. Follow Wisconsin Licensing regulations and center policies. Work collaboratively with your teaching team to provide high-quality care and education. What We're Looking For Must be Lead Teacher qualified under Wisconsin Licensing. Previous experience in an infant or toddler classroom is preferred. Strong communication and classroom leadership skills. A positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
