Lead Teacher – Infant or Toddler Classroom Little Sprouts Learning Garden | Auburndale, WI Help Little Learners Grow from the Very Beginning! Little Sprouts Learning Garden is looking for a passionate, dependable, and nurturing Lead Teacher to join our team! Whether your passion is working with infants or toddlers, you'll have the opportunity to create a safe, engaging, and loving classroom where children can learn, explore, and thrive. We're looking for a teacher who enjoys building strong relationships with children and families, takes pride in creating meaningful learning experiences, and understands the important role early childhood education plays in a child's development. What You'll Do Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities. Support each child's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Maintain daily communication with families regarding their child's day. Keep the classroom organized, clean, and welcoming. Follow Wisconsin Licensing regulations and center policies. Work collaboratively with your teaching team to provide high-quality care and education. What We're Looking For Must be Lead Teacher qualified under Wisconsin Licensing. Previous experience in an infant or toddler classroom is preferred. Strong communication and classroom leadership skills. A positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude. Requirements
