Key responsibilities
Plan and lead age-appropriate curriculum and activities aligned with EEC, NAEYC, and YMCA standards.
Create a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
Foster strong partnerships with families through regular communication and program updates.
Maintain attendance, reports, and required documentation.
Support nutrition and wellness initiatives that meet HEPA standards.
Assist with staff training, meetings, and professional development.
Help promote YMCA programs, events, and community engagement.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming program space.
