Market context
In Pennsylvania, childcare teacher roles often see steady demand because licensed centers need staff who can meet state and center education requirements while supporting daily classroom care. These openings can be competitive when employers are looking for candidates with licensed childcare center experience, related-field experience, and the physical ability to stay active with children.
