Market context

Texas faith-based campus roles stay selective

In Texas, Spiritual Formation Coordinator roles are usually tied to schools, parishes, or campus ministries that want candidates who can support student formation and work within diocesan expectations. These positions are competitive because employers often look for a bachelor’s degree in Theology, Ministry, or a related field, plus experience in campus or young adult ministry and a practicing Catholic witness. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then tailor your application to show ministry experience and familiarity with diocesan policies.
