Maryland preschool lead roles stay competitive

In Maryland, Lead Preschool Teacher openings are often driven by steady demand for licensed childcare staff who can support classroom routines and early learning standards. These roles are competitive because employers commonly look for a high school diploma, 90 Hour Preschool certification, and experience in licensed childcare, with early childhood degrees or a CDA often preferred.
