The Clinical Educator facilitates professional development and lifelong learning activities for clinical staff using adult learning theory and instructional design. They are responsible for managing onboarding, orientation, competency programs, and integrating evidence-based research into clinical practice.
The Clinical Educator is a professional development specialist whose primary responsibility is to facilitate lifelong learning and professional development activities among clinical staff. Licenses and certifications
