The Special Education Teacher will develop and implement individualized lesson plans and IEP goals to support students with developmental and behavioral needs. They will also provide leadership to classroom staff and maintain a proactive, therapeutic learning environment.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and possess a valid Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction license in Cross-Categorical, Intellectual Disabilities, or Emotional Behavioral Disabilities. Experience working with students with ASD, cognitive delays, and mental health disorders is preferred.
