About the role

The Lead BCBA will deliver evidence-based ABA services to children with autism and manage a caseload of up to 10 clients. They are also responsible for supervising up to 5 RBTs, conducting assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans.

What You’ll Get: Bonus Potential: Up to $20,000 in bonuses throughout the year Relocation Assistance: To ease expense of your transition Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and Paid Family Leave Career Growth: $500 CEU stipend, ongoing access to FREE CEU opportunities including our internal BCBA Conference, and opportunities to contribute to clinical research and present at both internal and national professional conferences Ongoing Clinical Support: Dedicated mentorship and leadership backing for clinical success What You’ll Do: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism Manageable Caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week (note: billable hours are not tied to pay) Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6 Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines What You’ll Need: Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) State Licensure where required ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs) Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range $85,000—$95,000 USD Ready to Make a Difference?
