Provide one-on-one therapy focused on skill acquisition to a child in the Propel clinic.
Accompany your client throughout their day, capturing and contriving learning opportunities in the natural environment.
Collaboratively scaffold your client’s social interactions with their peers and participation in group activities in the clinic.
Prioritize pairing daily, using play and engagement to build a strong relationship with your client.
Keep your client’s dignity and assent at the forefront of all interactions.
Take accurate data and write detailed session notes that are submitted the same day services are delivered.
An RBT certification through the BACB (bacb.com).
A high school diploma at minimum; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Ability to pass a Propel-administered background check.
An active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
