About the role

The BCBA will oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement. They are responsible for developing individualized behavior plans and providing ongoing supervision to Behavior Technicians.

In this position, you’ll deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and in-home or center-based settings, supported by our clinical systems, operational teams, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.

Criteria for the Hybrid BCBA role includes weekly in-person supervision.

Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $90,000–$100,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month) and a $10,000 signing bonus.
