The Floater Teacher supports multiple classrooms by assisting with ratios, transitions, and daily activities for children from infants through Pre-K. They are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment while building positive relationships with children and families.

We’re looking for a Childcare Floater Teacher to work at our center in Mt.

Pleasant, South Carolina who is flexible, dependable, and passionate about helping classrooms run smoothly while creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children.

This role is perfect for educators who enjoy variety, teamwork, and making a difference throughout the school day. 🧸 What Is a Floater Teacher?

As a Floater Teacher, you’ll: Support multiple classrooms as needed Step in to assist with ratios, breaks, transitions, and coverage Work with different age groups, from infants through Pre‑K Be a valued part of the teaching team across the school No two days are the same — and that’s what many of our floaters love most about the role. ⏰ Schedule Monday–Friday; multiple shifts available!

2:00pm - 6:00pm 8:00am - 5:00pm 💰 Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on education and experience $14-16 per hour PLUS: $500 Sign‑On Bonus!
