BROOKSIDE COUNTRY CLUB IS IN SEARCH OF AN ASSISTANT SWIM COACH FOR THE 2027 SEASON Assistant Coach Qualifications & Responsibilities The Assistant Coach should be an experienced swim coach who is knowledgeable about all aspects of team operations.
The ideal candidate will: Have prior coaching experience and the ability to effectively support swimmers of all ages and skill levels.
Be familiar with running and managing a swim meet.
Have working knowledge of SwimTopia and Meet Maestro, including meet setup and management.
Have working knowledge of Team Manager and Meet Manager, with a willingness to adapt to SwimTopia and Meet Maestro.
Be responsible for sending clear, timely weekly emails to swimmers and families with team updates and important information.
Be responsive to text messages and other team communications in a timely and professional manner.
Work collaboratively with the Head Coach, coaching staff, and team leadership to ensure a positive and organized swim season.
