Registered Behavior Technician - Smyrna

In this position, you will change the game for clients receiving our services through our school-based and clinic-based teams by providing individualized, compassionate services under the supervision of BCBAs.

The ideal candidate for this position is a RBT who prioritizes passion, creativity, and collaboration to best serve the clients, parent/caregiver, or school team.

You will utilize critical thinking skills to best serve each client and their support system with direct support from a BCBA.

In this role, you will work closely with the BCBA to collaborate consistently to provide engage care for all families.

As a RBT with Project Play, you will be changing the game in the ABA field.

Typical workday may require approximately 20% sitting, 40% walking, and 40% standing Requires significant mobility, including the ability to stand up quickly from the ground and move rapidly to assist clients as needed Involves frequent stooping, kneeling, and/or crouching to safely support clients during therapy sessions or manage interfering behaviors effectively.

Demands fine finger dexterity for tasks such as writing, typing, and using therapeutic tools Could involve contact with individuals who display physically aggressive, self-abusive, or socially undesirable behaviors.
