The Assistant Coach will support the Head Basketball Coach in managing the team, promoting the program, and ensuring the academic and moral success of student athletes. Responsibilities include supervising practices and games, maintaining sports equipment, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of athletic facilities.
Definition An employee in this position will be a personal example of high moral character and superior teaching standards. The Assistant Basketball Coach will teach good sportsmanship as the number one priority on the athletic field. This Coach will work with the Head Basketball Coach, faculty, and staff to support player academic and moral success.
This Position Reports Directly to: Head Coach, Athletic Director, and Principal
