We are seeking a TESOL Teacher to help multilingual learners strengthen their English proficiency and confidently participate in academic and classroom activities.

Responsibilities

Provide differentiated English language instruction based on students’ proficiency levels. Create engaging activities that develop vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Use assessments to identify student needs and monitor language growth. Support English language learners in accessing grade-level academic content. Work closely with classroom teachers to integrate language development across subjects. Maintain student progress records and instructional documentation. Encourage a culturally responsive and inclusive classroom environment. Communicate student progress and learning needs with families and school staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in TESOL, ESL, Education, English, or a related field. Valid state teaching license or ESL/TESOL endorsement, as applicable. Experience teaching multilingual or English language learners preferred. Knowledge of differentiated and culturally responsive instructional practices. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to create a supportive environment that encourages language development and student confidence.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in TESOL, ESL, Education, or a related field and possess a valid state teaching license or ESL/TESOL endorsement. Experience teaching multilingual learners is preferred, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
