We are seeking a TESOL Teacher to support English language learners by providing engaging instruction that builds their language skills, confidence, and academic success.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging English language instruction for multilingual learners. Develop lessons that support speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Adapt instruction to meet students’ individual language proficiency levels. Assess student progress and maintain accurate instructional records. Collaborate with classroom teachers and school staff to support student learning. Provide targeted support to help students participate successfully in the general education curriculum. Maintain a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment. Communicate effectively with families and educational team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in TESOL, Education, English, or a related field. Valid state teaching certification or TESOL/ESL endorsement, as required. Experience working with English language learners preferred. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Ability to differentiate instruction for students with varying language abilities. Commitment to supporting multilingual learners in an inclusive school environment.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in TESOL, Education, English, or a related field. A valid state teaching certification or TESOL/ESL endorsement is also required.
