About the role

The Speech Language Pathologist will provide direct therapy services, conduct assessments, and develop IEP plans for students in grades PreK-12. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and parents, to evaluate student progress and ensure effective service delivery.

We partner with our local schools to provide Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services to PreK–12 students nationwide.

As a team of special education providers, we understand the education process, IDEA requirements, and the importance of collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.

Our mission is to deliver high-quality Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services while making meaningful connections in a collaborative learning environment.

This is a part-time, on-site role as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) serving a school located in Highlands Ranch, CO.

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents).

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs.

Job Details Part-time opportunity with 12–25 hours per week 2026–2027 school year (August through May/June) Serve students in Kindergarten through 12th grade CF-SLP placement available Provide direct therapy, consultation, evaluations, and case management services Guaranteed paid hours, including direct services, documentation, planning, meetings, and administrative responsibilities On-site, in-person school-based position Manageable caseloads designed to support effective service delivery Ongoing collaboration and support from both the partnering school district and the TheraPeds Partners team Competitive compensation of $60–$80+ per hour Estimated weekly earnings of $720–$2,000+, depending on hours worked

Qualifications

Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program State License as Speech-Language Pathologist Department of Education Licensure as a SLP National License: ASHA Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred CF-SLP placement available Experience working with children Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required Organizational and time management skills Proficient in use of technology Fingerprint background clearance Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications Physical Requirements Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
