The Preschool Teacher at Zach’s Place is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children with diverse needs. This role includes developing and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering social and cognitive development, ensuring the well-being of each child, and collaborating with families and staff to support individual learning goals. This position is under the direct supervision of the Program Director and Center Managers.

SALARY: $18/HR, DOE; full-time – non-exempt position

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of experience in direct care, preferably with children with special needs. A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required, along with the ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications.
