Position Summary

Guilford College invites applications for the position of Assistant Men's & Women’s Tennis Coach. This is a part-time position responsible for assisting in the overall operation and coaching of the tennis programs in accordance with NCAA Division III, Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC), and Guilford College guidelines. Primary Responsibilities: Assist the Head Coaches with organizing and conducting practice sessions. Support student-athlete skill development on and off the court. Assist in recruiting responsibilities. Uphold the academic and athletic mission of Guilford College. Adhere to all college, conference, and NCAA policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Collegiate-level playing and/or coaching experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and regulations. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel with the team. CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
