Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment Plan and lead fun, developmentally appropriate activities using our Wonder of Learning® curriculum Build strong relationships with children and families Encourage children's curiosity, independence, creativity, and confidence Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive classroom management Communicate with families about their child's day, development, and accomplishments Observe children's interests and use them to create meaningful learning experiences Work closely with Assistant Teachers, Resource Teachers, and school leadership Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and supervision Participate in training, staff meetings, and professional development What We're Looking For
A genuine love for children and early childhood education Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable, organized, and professional Strong communication and classroom management skills Ability to work well as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent required CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred 1–2 years of childcare or preschool experience preferred Ability to meet Georgia Bright from the Start requirements and successfully complete required background checks Ability to actively engage with young children throughout the day, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
