Responsibilities

Follow a comprehensive curriculum Assist children with developing social and emotional skills Change diapers and/or Potty Train Communicate with parents and other school personnel Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones

Qualifications

High school or equivalent (Required) DCF 45 Hrs. (Preferred) CPR Certified (Preferred) Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines Problem-solving and mediation skills

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a strong understanding of child development principles. Preferred qualifications include DCF 45 hours certification and CPR certification.
