Support the development and maintenance of positive relationships with children and parents. Help manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks, and meals. Assist in tracking children’s progress and developmental milestones. Support children in reaching developmental milestones. Assist in implementing activities that promote self-esteem and social skills. Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.
