The instructor is responsible for delivering career technical training in dental assisting according to approved curricula and government directives. They also provide guidance, motivation, and job placement support to help students achieve their technical training goals.
Wage - $44,446 annually
A valid D.A.N.B. Certification is required.
Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday, 7: 30 am to 4:30 pm

You’ll be responsible for responsible for the career technical training instruction per approved curricula. They will provide training and basic guidance and direction to help students achieve their technical training goals, in compliance with government and management directives.
1.
Provide students with direction, instruction, and assistance in designated areas of instruction.
2.
Motivate and counsel students in areas of behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits.
3.
Develop and prepare lessons in accordance with approved curriculum guidelines, recommend curricula changes and supplemental materials.
4.
Maintain organized, clean training environment ( behavior and surroundings) conductive to learning.
5.
Administer and correct tests, maintain progress and attendance reports.
6.
Assist in developing community linkages and volunteers for the career training programs department.
7.
Assist students with job search and job placement prior to separation, participate in placement follow-up activities for graduates of the vocation.
