The Lead Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing curricula to promote the social, emotional, and intellectual development of children. They must also maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment while communicating effectively with families and staff.
Role: Childcare Lead Teacher
As a Discovery Point Childcare Lead Teacher, you will plan lessons and instruct children in activities according to the approved curriculum designed to promote social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth and development.
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment.
In addition, you will promote and participate in all center functions, communicate with and develop positive relationships with all family members.
