  • Range: $28.00 - $35.00 HourlyIf you have school-age childcare programming experience and enjoy shaping young minds, Associated Recreation Council (ARC) has a role for you as a Childcare Program Substitute in our licensed childcare centers. This is a full-time role that boasts a competitive salary, flexible hybrid work schedule, and outstanding benefits including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage. ARC, in partnership with Seattle Parks and Recreation, serves the community by offering access to licensed childcare and a variety of recreational and lifelong learning programs, classes, and activities. As the Childcare Program Substitute, you will provide staffing support for ARC's licensed school-age and preschool programs across multiple sites. This includes providing a quality childcare experience for children aged 3-12 in accordance with the philosophies and procedures of the organization and the policies of the Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Family Services (DCYF). The person in this role reports to the Area Operations Supervisor.
