Substitute teachers are responsible for delivering lessons and managing classrooms across various departments and divisions. They must coordinate with lead teachers to ensure expectations and duties are met during their assignments.
Head-Royce school is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic educators to join our substitute teacher list. Opportunities exist to sub in all departments and divisions. Substitutes will meet with Divisions representatives or Department Chair to be screened. Then they will be sent to HR for onboarding (livescan, TB, SB848 clearance, etc.). Once cleared, subs are called ahead of time as much as possible and coordinate with the lead teacher regarding the expectations and duties. More experienced substitutes may be called with 24 hours notice.
