Nursing faculty roles remain selective in Connecticut

Assistant Professor of the Practice roles in nursing are typically in steady demand at Connecticut colleges and universities, especially where programs need faculty who can teach, support clinical learning, and help shape curriculum. These positions are competitive because schools often look for a master’s degree, an active Connecticut nursing license, and preferred doctoral preparation plus teaching and curriculum development experience. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform, then confirm your Connecticut license status and prepare examples of teaching or curriculum work before applying.
