What you will do: Teach math to students in grades K/TK –12, using the Mathnasium Method™ Work with students in a low-stress, supportive environment Help students build confidence and improve their problem-solving skills Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions

What We’re Looking For Strong math skills through Algebra 2 or higher (Pre Cal / Calc is a plus!) Great communication skills Previous tutoring, teaching, coaching, or mentoring experience preferred Positive attitude, reliable, and able to follow Center procedures Excellent interpersonal skills Enjoy working with kids and making math fun Eagerness to learn and be trained Strong math skills through Pre-Calculus or higher (Calculus a plus!) Must pass a math proficiency test and background check

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required College students or graduates in math, education, engineering, or STEM fields preferred High-performing high school juniors/seniors with advanced math skills welcome to apply

Schedule & Pay Part-time

  • ~8–20+ hours/week

If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.

Requirements

Candidates must possess strong math skills through at least Algebra 2 and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring is preferred, and applicants must pass a math proficiency test and background check.
