The English Department at CSU is a vibrant and diverse place. The teaching load for instructors is 1-4 sections each semester. Typically, instructors will teach College Composition, and a range of other composition and lower-division English classes.
$46,000 - $48,000 Essential Job Duties: Preparing lectures, discussions, and course activities. Creating Assignments and exercises. Holding regular scheduled office hours. Grading course materials and student assessment.

MA or MFA required. College teaching experience in English Studies (literature, composition, etc.) required. A PhD or equivalent is prerequisite for teaching advanced courses.
