Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Ability to pass a comprehensive background check (GaPDS / DECAL clearance). Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and actively engage with young children throughout the day.
Active CDA, TCC, or degree in Early Childhood Education / Child Development. Prior experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting. Current First Aid / CPR Certification. Strong interpersonal communication and a warm, compassionate demeanor.
