The Assistant Coach will support the Head Coach in managing all aspects of the men's and women's tennis programs, including practice planning, match preparation, and on-court instruction. Additionally, the role involves recruiting prospective student-athletes, monitoring academic progress, and assisting with team logistics and community engagement.
Master’s degree. Experience recruiting at the collegiate level. Familiarity with video analysis software and recruiting databases. Knowledge of NCAA Division II compliance and policies.
Working
Conditions: Requires frequent travel and irregular hours during the season. Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Requires lifting and carrying equipment and participating in active demonstrations of techniques.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and possess collegiate playing or coaching experience. Strong knowledge of tennis coaching principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including travel are required.
