About the role

The Second Assistant Men's Soccer Coach will assist with student athlete development and conduct video analysis for team competitions. Responsibilities include attending practices and home games while creating video breakdowns for the team and opponents.

Title

Second Assistant Men's Soccer Coach - Seasonal

Position Purpose

The Second Assistant Men's Soccer Coach will focus primarily on working with the student athletes, and do additional video analysis for competitions.

Job Duties

  • Attend 2-3 practices/week
  • Attend home games
  • Analyze Bates Men's Soccer team games
  • Analyze Bates's Men's Soccer's opponents
  • Create video breakdowns
  • Assist in all other areas of the Men's Soccer program as deemed necessary

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience

Prior experience playing college soccer preferred.

Prior experience with coaching student athletes preferred.

Skills and Knowledge

Commitment to equity and inclusion, and serving the needs of a culturally and educationally diverse community.

Video analysis experience.

Familiarity with Hudl and Wyscout.

Hiring Range

The hiring rate for this position is $17.00.
