The ECT Floating Teacher is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing environment while implementing approved lesson plans and daily schedules. They will build genuine relationships with children and assess their developmental needs on an ongoing basis.

As an ECT Floater, you’ll help to create a fun, safe environment for little ones as they explore and learn through purposeful play that nurtures their social, emotional, cognitive, creative and physical development.

Provide a safe, nurturing environment that is developmentally stimulating Assesses each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis.
