Market context

Illinois simulation coordinator roles stay selective

In Illinois, simulation and clinical skills coordinator roles are typically tied to nursing programs and hands-on student training, so demand often follows school enrollment and clinical education needs. These positions are competitive because employers usually want a BSN, an active Illinois RN license, and current or soon-to-be-completed BLS certification. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to quickly confirm fit before applying, and be ready to show experience in simulation labs, skills instruction, or clinical coordination.
