• Hello, RNs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a PRN 1:1 Registered Nurse (RN) to support a student in Sparta, MI. In this role, you'll provide support to a student in a 1:1 setting, and help promote a safe, healthy learning environment. • + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses What You'll Do Triage and manage student injuries, illnesses, and chronic conditions Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and care plans Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance Communicate with families regarding student health needs and updates Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and special education teams Participate in IEP and 504 meetings as appropriate Respond to emergencies and follow school safety protocols Monitor immunization compliance and support health screenings Promote health education and wellness initiatives What We're Looking For Active Michigan State RN license Ability to pass fingerprinting and background check Experience in pediatrics, school nursing, or public health preferred Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a therapist-owned and operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
