About the role

The school social worker will provide proactive support for student social-emotional and behavioral needs while facilitating conflict mediation and restorative practices. They are responsible for managing a caseload of approximately 10 students, tracking progress, and leading family engagement efforts.

This school takes a proactive, relationship-centered approach to student support, with a strong focus on rapport building, conflict mediation, family engagement, and helping students thrive without relying on traditional disciplinary practices.
