High Dosage Tutoring is most effective when students meet with the same tutor 2–3 times per week. Most sessions take place Monday–Friday during regular school hours (approximately 8:00am–3:00pm ET), with limited after-school opportunities available. Sessions are offered in a variety of fixed, recurring schedules (e.g.,
Mon/Wed/Fri 9:00–9:40am or
Tue/Thu 2:30pm–3:30pm). Tutors may accept multiple sets of sessions and must commit to the full semester once sessions are accepted.
Tutors are paid $25 per hour for all subjects. Hours are not guaranteed at the time of hire and depend on tutor availability and program needs. Tutors may build schedules of up to 20 hours per week, depending on availability and program needs.
