Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions throughout Massachusetts for the 2026–2027 school year.

We partner with school districts across the state and have opportunities available with: Early Childhood (Pre-K) Elementary School Middle School High School Mixed PK–12 Caseloads Specialized Programs Autism Support Programs Life Skills Classrooms Inclusive and Resource-Based Settings Rather than placing clinicians into a single opening, we take a personalized approach and match SLPs with positions based on their experience, preferred age group, clinical interests, schedule preferences, and geographic location.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP/CFY) Active Massachusetts SLP License or eligibility DESE Educator License (Speech, Language & Hearing Disorders) or eligibility School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills We welcome both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows seeking a supportive environment to begin their careers. Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess or be eligible for a Massachusetts SLP license. Eligibility for a DESE Educator License is also required, and the role is open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows.
